About the Artist:
Yao Yanxi is a calligrapher and painter based in Gansu, China. He serves as the Deputy Director of the Cultural Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association (Minjian) Gansu Branch. He is also a member of the Gansu Calligraphers Association and the Gansu Artists Association, and a specially invited artist at the Jiuquan Art Museum.

His works have been selected for numerous provincial and national exhibitions and have received multiple awards. He also founded and manages Yumotang, a training center dedicated to traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy.
