About the Artist :
Yao Yanxi is a distinguished calligrapher from Jiuquan, Gansu Province. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Culture Committee of the Gansu Provincial Democratic National Construction Association and the Executive Vice President of the Jiuquan Academy of Painting. He is also a member of the Gansu Provincial Artists Association and the Gansu Calligraphers Association. His works have been frequently selected and awarded in national and provincial-level exhibitions. Yao also founded and manages the “Yumotang” Calligraphy and Painting Training Center.
