This hard-pen calligraphy work was created by Hu Yifei (Age 9, Beijing, China), a student of Jingya Moyuan, and was part of the Dragon Soars Over the Nine Continents — Sharjah Calligraphy Museum, UAE | August 2024 exhibition.
The work transcribes two classic Chinese poems in a neat and upright hard-pen regular script, reflecting the young calligrapher’s diligence and the cultural tradition of learning through poetry.
This work has since been officially collected and is now on permanent display at the Happy Chinese School, Dubai, which also issued a certificate of friendly donation.
